To apply for a private installation, please fill in each item from this inquiry form and send it. Currently, we are not accepting reservations from overseas customers. We will let you know when we are ready to accept reservations.

* The deadline for reservations is 10 days before the first day of the session.
* Cancellation is from the first day of the session to 7 days before the session, after which the full cancellation fee (including tax) will be charged.
* Please pay by bank transfer . Payment information will be sent by email.
* For the desired date and time of reservation, please enter the second and third desired dates in the message field.
* Please specify allergic ingredients in the remarks column.

近隣は住宅地ですのでお静かにお願いいたします。
JR小倉駅よりお越しの方は、西鉄バス21系統で小倉駅バスセンターより白銀町まで、
もしくは北九州モノレールで香春口三萩野駅までお越しください。
（会場へは白銀町のバス停からの方が近いです）
お車でお越しの際は近隣の駐車場へお停めください。路上駐車はご遠慮ください。
